Thomas Safety & Preparedness Group provides training services including, but not limited to:

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

First Aid

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

Emergency preparedness and response training

All courses are educational in nature and do not replace professional medical care or certification requirements mandated by employers or governing bodies.

2. Certification Disclaimer

Certification cards (including those aligned with American Heart Association or other organizations) are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements.

We do not guarantee:

Employment eligibility

Job placement

Acceptance of certification by third-party organizations

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the business.

No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) may forfeit payment.

4. Participant Responsibility & Liability Waiver

By enrolling in a course, participants acknowledge:

Training may involve physical activity (e.g., CPR compressions)

They are physically capable of participating

They assume all risks associated with participation

Thomas Safety & Preparedness Group is not liable for:

Injuries sustained during training

Misuse of skills learned

Outcomes of real-life emergency situations

5. Use of Training Materials

All course materials are the intellectual property of Thomas Safety & Preparedness Group and/or its training partners.

They may not be:

Reproduced

Distributed

Used for commercial purposes without written consent

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

Reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

Substitute instructors when necessary

Participants will be notified of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thomas Safety & Preparedness Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
